Boolka Club - Tools for Neurodivergent Minds
NeuroCompass - your personalised neurodivergent map
NeuroCompass is a set of gentle, in-depth tools that help you understand how your brain actually works in real life - and what to do with that knowledge.
It is for adults and families who see themselves in ADHD or autism, feel exhausted from masking, or simply know that the usual advice does not fit their brain.
NeuroCompass is:
-
Trait-focused - it looks at attention, executive function, sensory load, social energy, emotions and masking
-
Practical - it always leads to everyday support ideas, not just labels
-
Compassionate - created by a neurodivergent psychologist and mum, with lived experience at the centre
NeuroCompass is not a formal diagnostic assessment and does not replace medical or psychiatric care. It sits in the space between: helping you make sense of your patterns, find language for your needs, and prepare for next steps if you choose to seek diagnosis.
1
NeuroCompass Lite - Adult Trait Snapshot
A gentle first step to explore ADHD and autistic traits
NeuroCompass Lite is a one-to-one online session and short questionnaire that help you notice possible ADHD and autistic traits and finally find the words to describe them. We discuss your patterns and real-life examples in a calm, shame-free manner.
It is ideal if you:
-
Suspect you are neurodivergent but feel scared of full assessments
-
Have done quick online tests that said "borderline" or "inconclusive"
-
Want clarity, language and validation more than a big clinical process right now

What you receive
Afterwards you get a written "Adult Trait Snapshot" that includes:
-
A summary of your main trait patterns
-
Your personal "this is me" examples from work, home and relationships
-
Example sentences you can use with a GP, therapist, partner or at work
-
Gentle suggestions for first steps and support
This is about understanding yourself, not proving anything to anyone.

NeuroCompass Adult - Neuro Map and Support Plan
From "I think I am neurodivergent" to "I know what my brain needs"
NeuroCompass Adult is a deeper, structured process for adults who already strongly suspect ADHD or autism, or are diagnosed, and want to turn insight into an actual support map.
It is ideal if you:
-
Are burnt out from years of masking and overcompensating
-
Can "hold it together" at work but crash at home
-
Want more than trait lists - you want concrete changes to your environment, routines and relationships

What you receive
Using an extended questionnaire and one sessions, you get a practical written Neuro Map and Support Plan, which may include:
-
A clear summary of your trait profile in everyday language
-
A "learning and working environment" section - what triggers you and what helps
-
Demand and transition supports - how to make starting, stopping and switching tasks kinder to your brain
-
Sensory supports - your personal "sensory first aid kit" and environment tweaks
-
Communication supports - scripts and phrases for partners, family and workplace
-
Early warning signs and de-escalation plan for overload
-
A one-page advocacy sheet you can share with professionals or employers
NeuroCompass Adult will not give you a diagnosis, but it will give you a map: a way to understand your brain, reduce self blame and start adjusting the world around you.

NeuroCompass Kids - Brain Map and Family Support Plan
A kind, practical map for neurodivergent children and young people
NeuroCompass Kids is for families who suspect their child is autistic or ADHD, or already have a diagnosis and want clearer language and support ideas for home and school.
It is ideal if:
-
Your child is bright but exhausted or anxious
-
Behaviour seems to "come from nowhere" and then everyone feels guilty
-
School is saying one thing and home feels very different
-
You want to advocate for your child but do not know how to explain their needs

What we look at
Through a parent questionnaire, discussion and child-friendly tools, we explore:
-
How your child experiences school, home and friendships
-
Attention and executive function - transitions, homework, routines
-
Sensory profile - clothes, food, noise, movement, busy places
-
Social energy - play, groups, masking at school, recovery after school
-
Emotional regulation - early signs, big feelings, shutdowns and meltdowns

What you receive
You get a family-friendly Brain Map and Support Plan, which can include:
-
A parent summary in clear, kind language
-
A "home support" plan - mornings, afternoons, homework, bedtime
-
A "school support" sheet - practical suggestions for teachers and SENCO
-
A simple "when I am struggling" plan for your child
The aim is not to fix your child, but to understand how their brain works and adjust the environment around them so they can feel safer, calmer and more themselves.
